Alarm and GPS-equipped transport to Recall destruction center where seal is broken and recorded. SOPs stipulating shredding and service specifications such as two stage cross cutting. Regular weighing, monitoring and reporting collection volumes to adjust service level frequency and number of receptacles necessary to achieve high levels of security and efficiency.  Certificates of Destruction issued monthly upon internal inspection and approval.  All waste paper baskets under desks removed and replaced by locked bins and secure receptacles placed throughout offices and branches.
